Inner Banks Pest Solutions LLC is a locally owned, eco-friendly pest control company on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. Owner Josh Cantrell has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, and we're licensed in Michigan in categories 7a (general pest), 7b (wood-destroying organisms), 7f (mosquitoes) and 6. We do our own sealing and exclusion work, and we provide WDO (termite) inspection reports for home sales.
Most of our work is within a short drive of East Jordan, so the closer towns below are where we're out most often. The extended areas are farther out and take a little more planning, so call early.

East Jordan: our home base on the South Arm and the Jordan River. Carpenter ants, dock spiders and fall mice.
Charlevoix: homes and cottages between Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix, plus Norwood.
Boyne City: homes and businesses at the east end of Lake Charlevoix.
Boyne Falls: rentals, condos and seasonal homes near the slopes.

Alpena (Alpena County): about 100 miles from East Jordan. We serve Alpena occasionally, with no trip fee, so call to check availability.

Possibly. We cover Charlevoix and Emmet counties, the Antrim County towns above and the smaller communities between them. Call (231) 350-3495 to check.
Do you charge a trip fee for farther towns?
There's no trip fee for Alpena right now. For other areas, call and we'll go over it when we quote your job.
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and how busy the season is. Towns close to East Jordan are easiest to fit in. For Traverse City, Gaylord and Alpena, call early so we can plan the trip.
Do you serve seasonal cottages when the owner isn't there?
Yes. Our cottage and vacation home program is built for that. Call to set up your visits.
